Welcome!
Hello! If you've clicked on this page, you've probably done one of two things. You've either misclicked on my website (if so, you can get back to the homepage here) or you've wanted to check out my blog. And here it is. It hasn't got a fancy name, not yet anyway, because I'm not entirely sure what I'll be doing. But one thing is for sure, I'll be talking about the deceptions, nuances and the art of magic.

There will be interviews, discussions on relevant topics, updates on my (semi) professional career as a magician and anything else I can think of. It's important to note however, that if you aren't a magician, and have only clicked on this page to laugh at my life decisions, this probably won't make much sense to you. If you read between the lines, you'll find many methods, but I doubt most of you have an interest capacity to commit to it anyway. That's another thing - sometimes I'll use fancy words, sometimes I'll use abbreviated slang. But if that sounds up your street, keep reading.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Jack, I'm 15 years old and live in the South West of England in a little town called Malmesbury. I'm a semi-professional magician, and have taken part in various magic experiences - from competing as a top 8 finalist of the Magic Circle's Young Magician of the Year Award to being the first British youth member of the Academy of Magical Arts at the Hollywood Magic Castle in Los Angeles, California. I've dabbled in many areas of magic - from close-up to large stages. Though my real passion is for mentalism, stage mentalism if you want to get picky. So many of the articles that you'll be reading will be around that topic - but don't fret, there'll be something in there for everyone, regardless of interest and ability.
I'm not sure how many of you will want to read this, if any at all, but if this sounds like something you like the idea of, stay noted, as more will be coming! I aim to release one article a month, but for now, I've provided two articles on the blog page already, so you can read a bit now.
If you've read this far, thank you! I appreciate the support and if you want to let me know any ideas, show how much you've loved this, (or hated it!) you can contact me here.
Thanks!
Jack
